Maximum of 4 people per class you are guaranteed personalised attention through out the entire class. With a duration of 1 hour, the class will have a strong focus on core strength using a combination of Pilates and Biokinetics exercises. Ensuring an overall body workout is achieved at each class is fundamental. Mainly mat based exercises using a variety of equipment such as swiss balls, therabands, foam rollers and balance boards are used. These classes are aimed at all ages and activity levels ranging from a young fit teenager to an older lady with back issues.
